The Core is free. It’s the engine every layer runs on.

Every bar, the Core weighs five higher timeframes, VWAP and the trend SMA, volume flow, momentum and trend strength into one bias that holds through noise, turns it into a plan with exact levels, and tunes itself to the ticker. No card, no time limit. The layers add the entry, the flow, the momentum and the trap check.

What the Core runs
on every bar.

Most charts give you lines and leave the reading to you. The Core does the reading: it weighs the market the way a disciplined trader would, on every bar of every ticker, and states the result in plain English. Every layer builds on it.

One bias, held through noise

Five inputs vote on every bar: the higher timeframes (up to five points), price against VWAP and the trend SMA, net volume flow, MACD momentum and DMI trend strength. It turns only after several bars beyond the threshold (three on the 5m, scaled to your interval), so a single candle never flips it.

A plan with exact levels

Where price sits inside the bias: trending, pulling back, under pressure, stretched, fading, coiled or ranging. Each comes with the level that decides it, whether VWAP, the fast EMA or the 20-bar high or low, and what to do there.

Compass, five timeframes deep

The 15m, 1h, 2h and 4h voted against the trend SMA, the daily against the cycle SMA, and the daily and weekly closes read for the cycle; yesterday’s high, midpoint and low on the chart. One read: a tailwind, a lean, or the higher timeframes against you.

Tuned to the ticker

Microcap, small cap, large cap or index, read from the float, the 20-day median dollar volume and the daily range. The profile sets what counts as real volume, how wide stops sit and how fast exits react, so a 2M-float runner isn’t judged like SPY.

Averages that adapt

The fast and slow EMAs shift from 5/13 to 13/34 with volatility rank, relative volume and range efficiency, and hold steady on dead tape. Every layer reads the same pair, so they never argue about the trend.

Volume, judged by session

Each bar’s volume against the ticker’s own norm for premarket, the regular session or after-hours. A premarket surge and a midday lull are judged on their own terms, and thin tape raises the bar for every signal.

Also free: the levels to watch above and below price, and the bias’s history on every chart; the watchlist, which your stack reads in the background; the trade journal, which keeps the stack’s read with every trade; bias-flip alerts in your tab, on your desktop and by email; and every Core setting in LiveChart’s Settings.
